After placing my order, how long will it take?

All orders are produced and despatched within 3 to 5 working days. We understand that your order may be needed by a particular date, please add this to the order instructions and we will confirm with you your requested delivery date prior to accepting your order.

I don't like paying by card - can I pay another way?

Our payment facility is secure, quick and convenient. We are happy to accept payment by direct bank transfer from your bank to ours (BACS), and we still accept cheques to our postal address. Please bear in mind that funds need to be clear before your order is despatched, so please forward your remittance advice by fax on 0118 976 1099 or email to accounts@ppdonline.co.uk.

How do I get my files to you?

Send your files to us by the 'Artwork' section found at the top of every page, follow the simple instructions to upload your files to us. The process can take a little time depending on the sizes you are uploading. Alternatively please post your files to us on CD to our postal address. We are happy to also receive files via the free web upload ftp sites at www.mailbigfile.com and www.yousendit.com. Please include your order details with the files sent.

Do you have instructions for me to create my files and artwork?

Our 'Artwork' section provides artwork guidelines for all of our products as downloadable pdf files. Please feel free to email us at artwork@ppdonline.co.uk if you have any queries or need advice.

Can you produce my designs and artwork for me?

We have full artworking facilities and can produce designs for you and send you pdf proofs by email for approval. Please email sales@ppdonline.co.uk with your request and any files or further information which may be of use and we will contact you to provide a quotation.

Can I see a proof of artwork I've sent you?

We are happy to provide a pdf proof by email of artwork supplied to us for final checking by you prior to producing your order. This will be produced as soon as your order reaches the top of the production queue. Please request this when sending us your order.

My delivery hasn't turned up?

If your delivery hasn't turned up when expected please email deliveries@ppdonline.co.uk with your name, full order details and expected delivery date and time and we will contact you.

I need an order delivered out of the 'Mainland UK' area - can you do this?

Our standard delivery covers our mainland UK delivery area which are covered in the delivery charges. We deliver to other destinations and will be happy to provide you with a quote for your chosen destination, supply us the address and post/area code by email, along with details of your proposed order to sales@ppdonline.co.uk and we will provide you with a quote.

Can I contact you at anytime?

Our website operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so please contact us via the website or by email at sales@ppdonline.co.uk. We will respond to your request during our normal hours of work which are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm. You can contact us anytime during these hours on 0118 976 1088.
